I am a spayed female & I look like a Rhodesian Ridgeback and Basset Hound
The shelter staff think I am 8 years old.
Ginger is a 53-pound sweetheart who found herself at the shelter when her former owner’s living situation no longer allowed pets. She’s an independent girl, but she also loves being around people and soaking up affection. Ginger is playful, friendly, and enjoys treats, chew bones, and stuffed toys. She gets along well with other dogs and cats, is safe with kids, and is both house- and crate-trained.
This loyal girl is also protective of her family and will make a wonderful companion to someone looking for a gentle but watchful friend. She walks politely on a leash with a little guidance and is ready to bring her love and playful energy to a forever home.
